Presentation

Contestants will be judged on overall presentation, confidence, posture, stage presence, and poise.

Modeling

Simple. natural modeling is encouraged. Contestants should feel comfortable and confident on stage.

The Fun Fashion Competition allows contestants to show off their personality, confidence, and individuality in a more upbeat and energetic way. contestants may wear stylish, trendy, age-appropriate outfits that express their unique style while showcasing confidence and stage presence. This portion of the competition is designed to be fun, exciting, and full of personality.

Contestants are encouraged to have fun on stage while showing confidence, personality, and stage presence.

People's Choice Award

The People’s Choice Award is now included as part of the main competition at no additional cost. Friends, family, and supporters will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite contestant, with the winner receiving a special People’s Choice Award during the pageant.

How Voting Works

Voting is free of charge

Votes may be cast by supporters (friends, family, and community members)

Each person may vote once per day

Voting Method

Voting will be online and shared via Facebook

Winner Selection

The contestant with the highest number of verified votes will be named the People’s Choice Winner

In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker will be determined by the director.

Rules & Integrity

Votes must be cast through official voting methods only

Duplicate, spam, or fraudulent votes will be removed

Automatic voting, bots, or vote manipulation is strictly prohibited

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to review and adjust vote counts if necessary

Titleholder Information

Jefferson County Pageant Titleholder Responsibilities & Expectations As a titleholder, you will serve as an ambassador for our organization and represent the values of confidence, leadership, integrity, faith, kindness, and community involvement. While holding your title, we ask that you strive to uphold the following expectations: Positive Representation * Conduct yourself in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner both in person and online. * Represent the Jefferson County Pageant, Crown & Cape Productions, sponsors, and community partners positively. * Demonstrate good sportsmanship and encourage fellow contestants and titleholders. Community Involvement * Participate in community service opportunities whenever possible. * Support charitable initiatives associated with the pageant, including efforts benefiting BackStoppers of Jefferson County and other approved community organizations. * Serve as a positive role model within your school, workplace, church, and community. Event Participation Titleholders are encouraged to attend and participate in pageant-related appearances when reasonably available, including: * Community events * Sponsor recognition opportunities * Charity and service projects * Promotional events and activities * Future pageant events Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Social Media Conduct * Maintain appropriate and respectful social media content. * Avoid posts that are offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful to the reputation of the titleholder, pageant, sponsors, or community partners. * Support pageant activities by engaging with official pageant announcements and promotions when possible. Personal Growth & Leadership * Demonstrate confidence, integrity, and leadership. * Encourage and uplift others. * Serve as an example of kindness, respect, and good character. Use of Title Titleholders may proudly use their official title throughout their reign. The title, crown, sash, and related branding remain the property of Crown & Cape Productions and should be used in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the organization. Failure to Uphold Expectations The Jefferson County Pageant and Crown & Cape Productions reserve the right to review concerns regarding conduct that may negatively impact the organization, fellow contestants, sponsors, or community partners. In serious circumstances, corrective action, suspension of appearances, or forfeiture of title may occur at the discretion of the organization. Our Goal The purpose of these expectations is not to create pressure, but to provide titleholders with opportunities to grow in confidence, leadership, faith, service, and community involvement while serving as ambassadors for the Jefferson County Pageant. Titleholder Appearance Responsibilities and Possible Revocation of Title As ambassadors of the Jefferson County Pageant and Crown & Cape Productions, titleholders are expected to actively participate in appearances that promote the pageant, support sponsors, and serve the community. Titleholders are expected to: * Attend major pageant-related events and appearances when reasonably available. * Participate in sponsor events, grand openings, celebrations, community festivals, and other promotional opportunities involving pageant sponsors. * Represent the organization in local parades, community events, and public appearances. * Participate in official pageant photo shoots, media opportunities, and promotional photography as requested. * Support charitable and community service initiatives associated with the pageant. * Assist with promotion of future pageants and recruitment efforts when possible. * Attend the following year’s Jefferson County Pageant to crown their successor, unless excused by pageant management due to extraordinary circumstances. Titleholders should make every reasonable effort to fulfill appearance requests. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Consistent participation helps strengthen relationships with sponsors, supports community engagement, and contributes to the continued success of the Jefferson County Pageant and its mission. Failure to fulfill appearance obligations without communication or reasonable cause may be considered when determining eligibility for future opportunities with Crown & Cape Productions. In cases of repeated failure to meet responsibilities, conduct inconsistent with the standards of the organization, or abandonment of titleholder duties, Crown & Cape Productions reserves the right to review the titleholder’s status and, if deemed necessary, revoke the title. Should a title be revoked, the organization may, at its sole discretion, offer the title to the runner-up or another eligible contestant.

Runner-Up Information

Runner-Up Responsibilities & Expectations At the Jefferson County Pageant, runners-up play an important role in supporting the titleholder, representing the organization, and serving as ambassadors within the community. General Expectations All runners-up are expected to: * Demonstrate good sportsmanship, integrity, and respect toward fellow contestants, titleholders, sponsors, staff, and community members. * Maintain behavior that reflects positively on the Jefferson County Pageant and Crown & Cape Productions. * Support and encourage fellow contestants while serving as positive role models. * Participate in pageant-related activities when invited and available. Representation Opportunities Runners-up may be invited to: * Attend community appearances and special events. * Participate in sponsor recognition activities. * Assist with promotional events and photo opportunities. * Represent the pageant organization at local functions when appropriate. Succession of Duties If a titleholder is unable to fulfill a scheduled appearance, resigns, becomes ineligible, or is unable to complete her reign, the first runner-up may be asked to assume some or all responsibilities associated with the title. In the event a title is vacated, the organization reserves the right to advance the highest eligible runner-up to the title position. Support of the Organization Runners-up are encouraged to remain involved throughout the year by: * Attending pageant activities when possible. * Assisting with contestant recruitment and promotion. * Supporting charitable initiatives and community outreach efforts. * Attending the following year’s pageant and assisting with the crowning of the new titleholder when invited. Sponsor & Community Relations When requested, runners-up may be invited to participate in: * Major sponsor events and celebrations. * Community parades and festivals. * Promotional photoshoots and media opportunities. * Charity and volunteer events supported by the organization. While participation in every event is not required, runners-up are encouraged to remain active ambassadors for the Jefferson County Pageant whenever possible. The Jefferson County Pageant values all contestants and recognizes runners-up as important representatives of the organization. Their continued involvement helps strengthen our mission of promoting confidence, leadership, community service, and personal growth.
